Excellent company!!! Very impressed with Efficient air all around from them being right on time to the very end. The 4 man install crew was excellent! They explained everything and took extra precaution by wearing masks,gloves, and bootys for there shoes, installed 2 ac units in one day and have my family nice and cool for years to come. Our gas furnace stopped working the day before Christmas Eve. I was in such a panic as we were expecting several family members from out of state to stay at our home for the holidays. I called our home warranty company and specifically requested Efficient Air as they have completed spring and winter tune-ups for our AC/furnace this year. I would like to give a huge thank you to Amber and Diana in scheduling because they were able to have a technician (Francisco) at my home on Christmas Eve morning to repair our unit just in time for our family’s arrival. Excellent service by a personable professional. Arrived on time was efficient and explained every aspect of his work and what he discovered when he inspected my AC unit while not only making recommendations but also provided quotes, one of which was several hundred dollars below a cost previously provided by another company. This company is amazing! We were without AC for a little over a week and what a nightmare that was. We had a big name company come out and they sucked! Sent a bunch of hustlers with no true diagnostic. Very uncomfortable having those kind of guys in my house. But not these guys! Efficient Air was a referral from a business owner friend and the work they do is amazing! Very friendly staff and right to the point! That’s what all businesses need! They broke down what the diagnostic came out to be, showed the anatomy of the AC unit, very easy to understand. The pricing was he best part. Nowhere near as close to the competition. The pricing was so affordable, we hopped to it! In less than 2 days, our house has 2 new units and is blowing such cold air, I don’t think we’re in Arizona anymore!
